1. Watch a comedy movie. Laughter really is the best medicine. An obvious yet often overlooked fact. You cannot be laughing and stressed at the same time!
2. Go for a walk outside. The walking will get your blood moving. The fresh air will do wonders for you. A short brisk walk will make you feel better.
3. Know someone relaxed and serene? Ask them what they do. If someone has an aura of serenity about them they must be doing something right. And they will usually be more than happy to tell you.
